A porch designed for your home and set in one visit: heirloom and specialty pumpkins, potted mums, and, depending on size and style, risers, bales or baskets, seasonal stems, and lanterns. Piece counts for every size are on Packages.

No. Most clients aren't. Add gate, HOA, and pet notes when you book. We don't ring the bell unless you ask us to. You get a text when we're on the way, when we start, and when we're done, with photos.

Uncarved heirlooms on a Southern California porch usually look good for about four to eight weeks. Hard afternoon sun, Santa Ana winds, and marine-layer damp shorten that, and whites show age first. We place pieces out of afternoon sun where your porch allows, and we never carve. Mid-season, the Thanksgiving Transition replaces anything that has tired.

Water the mums every day or two in heat, at the soil, not over the blooms. Keep the pumpkins dry and never lift one by the stem. We text a short care note after your install. If a piece gives out early, text us a photo and we'll take a look.

Rain rarely stops an install, and pumpkins handle a shower. If conditions are unsafe, we text you and move your window to the next open time that works for you. If none works, you get a full refund.

No. Add gate instructions and HOA rules when you book and we design within them. If your HOA needs vendor paperwork, tell us when you book. Gate codes stay in your booking notes. We never text them back.

Keep pets inside during the install and note them when you book. If a dog is loose in the front yard, we won't come in; we'll call you. Every gate gets closed and latched behind us. One more thing: mums can make dogs and cats sick if chewed, so tell us about a curious pet and we'll set them out of reach.

About an hour for Doorstep, about 90 minutes for Front Porch, and a reserved half-day for Grand Entry. Your arrival text includes an estimated finish time.

In full when you book, by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. The price you see is the price you pay.

Reschedule free up to 72 hours before your window, subject to availability. Cancel at least 7 days before your install for a full refund. Inside 7 days we've already sourced your pumpkins and plants, so we refund half. Engraved Family Signs are made to order and can't be refunded once ordered. Details are in our Terms.

With Season Clear-out, we come back the week after Thanksgiving, or earlier if you ask, clear every piece, sweep, and compost what we can. It's included with Grand Entry. Without it, the pumpkins and mums are yours to enjoy or compost, and we stop by after Thanksgiving to collect our risers, urns, lanterns, and baskets at no charge. Booking Christmas with us? Fall comes down in the same visit.

Yes. Christmas installs begin after Thanksgiving: garland, wreaths, dressed urns with live evergreens, and warm-white plug-in lights on timers, taken down in January. If we did your fall porch, we clear it in the same visit. Christmas First Access holders choose dates before the public calendar opens.

Only if you opt in at checkout. It's a separate box, and it starts unchecked. Even then we remove house numbers, street signs, license plates, faces, your name, and your street. Change your mind anytime and we'll take it down. Your before and after photos are private either way, at a link only you get.

If your HOA allows it, you can let us place a small Porchmode sign beside your display while it's up. It sits on your side of the property line, never on the sidewalk or street. Opt in at checkout and the credit comes off your total.

For estates, multiple entries, gates, courtyards, and events. We walk the property with you, design on site, and quote after the walk-through. Get in touch and we'll set a time.

Yes. Book it with their address and your phone number, and add their gate, HOA, and pet notes. The texts and photos come to you, so the surprise stays yours to reveal.

You choose the style and the size. We design within them for your entry. Note anything you love or want left out when you book, like no orange or no straw, and we'll follow it. Want a single giant at the door? It's an add-on.

No. We sell seasonal décor and its installation, nothing else. If we notice something at your entry worth refreshing, your Entry Notes will say so, and we can introduce you to licensed (CSLB) professionals. We never sell, price, or perform that work.

Founding Season is our first. Until our first installs are photographed, the images on this site are concept studies and mood, and they're labeled that way. Real before-and-afters appear here as the season runs, only from clients who opt in.
