Villa Park, Orange Park Acres, and North Tustin. Long walks, wide porches, and room for a real cascade. No travel fee.
Inland, porches get bigger and so do the walks. Villa Park's custom ranch and Colonial homes, with columns, long approaches, and circular drives, carry Traditional at full scale, and Grand Entry was drawn for exactly this: walkway, steps, and door composed as one. Ranch and equestrian properties in Orange Park Acres and North Tustin wear straw, stalks, and heirloom reds naturally, or the softer Transitional palette for Spanish and stucco homes. It runs hotter here than on the coast, so we keep heirlooms out of afternoon sun where the porch allows and leave a watering note for the mums. Lantern Light uses flameless candles only. No open flame near dry brush.
